T-bar Digni-T Black Tea
T-bar Digni-T Black Tea is one of our favourites! It tastes just like cookie dough and is perfect to snuggle up with by the fire place in winter. Truffle black tea, reminiscent of freshly made cookie dough, is perfectly complimented by the addition of pistachios, sliced almonds and spices; a cosy tea that enjoys rolling around making merry in your mouth.
Ingredients
Black tea (camellia sinensis), pistachios, cumin, chopped almonds, coriander, and pink peppercorns.
How to Brew
Boil fresh water to 90ºc.
Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 - 5 min.
Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.
Re-infuse up to 3 times.
